Term Of Use
The latest update of these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") dates back to September 01, 2023.
1- Accounts
You need an account for most activities related to our platform. Keep your password in a secure place as you're responsible for all activities associated with your account. If you believe someone else is using your account without authorization, please let us know by contacting our Support Team. You need an account for most activities on our platform, including purchasing and accessing content, or submitting content for publication. When setting up your account, you must provide accurate and complete information, including a valid email address, and you must subsequently keep your account updated to ensure the information remains accurate and complete. You are fully responsible for your account and everything that happens on it, including any harm or damage caused (to us or anyone else) by a third party using your account without authorization. This means you need to be very careful with your password. You cannot transfer your account to someone else or use a third party's account. If you contact us to gain access to an account, we will only grant your request once you provide us with the required information proving you are the owner of that account. In the event of a user's passing, their account will be closed. You are not allowed to share your account login credentials with anyone. You are responsible for what happens on your account, and Wee Learn will not intervene in disputes between participants or instructors. As soon as you suspect that a third party is using your account without authorization (or suspect any other security breach), you must inform us by contacting our Support Team. We may ask you for additional information to verify that you are the account holder in question. Participants and instructors must be at least 18 years old to create an account on Wee Learn and use the Services. If you are under 18, you cannot set up an account, but we encourage you to have a parent or legal guardian open an account and help you access appropriate content. If you are not of the age to consent to online services, you cannot create a Wee Learn account. If we discover that you have created an account that violates these rules, we will close that account. According to our Instructor Terms of Use, you may be required to verify your identity before submitting content intended for publication on Wee Learn. You can close your account at any time by following the procedure from within your account.
2- Content Subscription and Unlimited Access
When you enroll in a course or any other content, you are granted a license by us to access it through Wee Learn Services and only for that purpose. Do not attempt to transfer or resell content in any way. We generally grant you an unlimited access license, except in cases where we may need to disable the content due to conflicts with laws or our policies, or for enrollments through Subscription Plans. According to our Instructor Terms of Use, when an instructor publishes content on Wee Learn, they grant Wee Learn a license that enables us to grant participants a license to access the content. This means we have the right to sublicense access to the enrolled participants. When a participant enrolls in a course or other content, whether free or paid, they are granted a license by Wee Learn to access that content through the Wee Learn platform and Services, and Wee Learn is the licensor. The content is licensed to you; it is not sold to you. This license does not grant you the right to resell the content in any manner (including sharing account information with a buyer or illegally downloading content and then sharing it on illegal download sites). In more comprehensive legal terms, Wee Learn grants you (as a participant) a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the content for which you have paid all required fees, solely for personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes through the Services, in accordance with these Terms and any conditions or restrictions associated with specific content or features of our Services. Any other use is strictly prohibited. You do not have the right to reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, or otherwise transfer or use any content or create derivative works or sublicense it without obtaining explicit permission from us in writing, signed by an authorized representative of Wee Learn. We generally grant an unlimited access license to our participants when they enroll in a course or other content. However, we reserve the right at any time to revoke any license allowing access to any content and its use, in the event we decide or are required to disable access to that content due to conflicts with laws or our policies. This might occur, for instance, if the course or other content you've enrolled in is subject to a copyright complaint or if we believe its content violates our Trust and Safety Guidelines. This unlimited access license does not apply to additional features and services associated with the course or content you've enrolled in. For example, an instructor may decide at any time to discontinue providing Q&A services or teaching assistance related to their content. In other words, unlimited access applies to the course content but is subject to the instructor's discretion. An instructor cannot directly grant access licenses to their content to participants. Such direct licenses will be null and void and constitute a violation of these Terms.
3- Rules, Credits, and Refunds
When you make a payment, you agree to use a valid payment method via:
-
Our website through MasterCard, Visa, and Edinar.
-
The D17 application of the Tunisian Post.
-
Bank or postal transfer.
-
In cash at Wee Learn or these announced partners.
3.1 Pricing
The prices of courses on the Wee Learn website are determined based on the terms of the Instructor Terms of Use and our Promotion Policy. In some cases, the price of content offered on the Wee Learn website may not be exactly the same as the price offered in collaborations with our partners (such as clubs, associations, companies, etc.). We regularly launch promotions on our courses, during which some of them are offered at a discounted price for a specified period. The applicable price for a content is the one displayed at the time of your purchase. Any price displayed for a specific content may also differ when you are logged into your account compared to the price offered to users who are not registered or logged in, as some of our promotions are exclusive to new users.
3.2 Regulations
You agree to pay the fees for the content you purchase, and you authorize us to debit your credit card or process payment through any other means. Wee Learn collaborates with payment service providers to offer you the most convenient payment methods and to ensure the security of your payment information. We have the ability to update your payment methods using the information provided by our payment service providers. For any purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If the payment process fails but you still gain access to the content you've enrolled in, you agree to settle the outstanding amount within 3 days after being notified by us. We reserve the right to disable access to any content for which we have not received the appropriate payment.
3.3 Refunds and Refund Credits
However, if a content you have previously purchased is disabled for legal or regulatory reasons, you are entitled to a refund beyond this 30-day limit.
3.4 Gifts and Promotional Codes
Wee Learn or its partners may offer gifts and promotional codes to participants. Some codes can be used as credits or promotional discounts applied to your Wee Learn account. You can use these credits to purchase certain content on our platform, subject to the conditions included in your codes. Other codes may be directly applicable to specific content. These codes and credits, along with any associated promotional value, may expire if not used within the specified period.
4- Content and Behavior Rules
You may only use Wee Learn for legal purposes. You are responsible for all the content you post on our platform. You must ensure that notices, questions, messages, courses, and other content you post on our platform respect the intellectual property rights of others. We may block your account in case of repeated or significant violations. If you believe someone is infringing your copyrights on our platform, please let us know. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with the laws and regulations applicable to you. If you are a participant, you have the ability to ask questions to the instructors of the courses or other content you've enrolled in through the Services, and to post reviews about them. Some instructors might invite you to submit content in the form of "assignments" or practical exams. Do not publish or submit any content that you do not own. If you are an instructor, you can submit content for publication on the platform and communicate with participants who have enrolled in your courses or other content. In either case, you must comply with the law and respect the rights of others. You are fully responsible for the courses and content you publish, your actions through the platform and Services, and their consequences. If we are informed that your course or content violates the law or the rights of others (for example, if it is determined to infringe on someone else's intellectual property rights or image rights, or involves illegal activity), we may remove your content from our platform. It is at Wee Learn's discretion to enforce these Terms and our Trust and Safety Guidelines. We may restrict or terminate your permission to use our platform and Services, or block your account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including any violation of these Terms, failure to pay when due, fraudulent chargeback requests, extended periods of inactivity on your account, suspicion of engagement in fraudulent or illegal activities, technical glitches, at the request of law enforcement or governmental authorities, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Accordingly, we may delete your account and your content, and prevent you from accessing our platforms and using our Services. Your content may still be available on the platforms even if your account has been closed or suspended. You agree that we are not liable to you or any third party for the closure of your account, deletion of your content, and the removal of your access to our platforms and services. If a user has posted content that infringes on copyright or trademark rights, please let us know. Our Instructor Terms of Use require our instructors to comply with the law and respect the intellectual property rights of others.
5- Wee Learn's Rights to Your Published Content
You retain ownership of the content you post on our platform, including your courses. We are permitted to share your content with anyone through any media, including promoting it through advertisements on other websites. The content you post as a participant or instructor (including courses) still belongs to you. By posting courses and other content, you grant Wee Learn the right to reuse and share them, but you do not lose any ownership rights you may have over your content. When you post content, comments, questions, and reviews, and when you submit ideas and suggestions for new features or improvements, you grant Wee Learn the right to use and share that content with others, to broadcast it, and to promote it on any platform and in any media, as well as to make any changes or revisions we deem desirable. Legally, by submitting or posting content on or through the platforms, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute your content (including your name and image) on all media or through any distribution means (known or later developed). This includes making your content available to other companies, businesses, or individuals partnering with Wee Learn for the syndication, broadcasting, distribution, or publication of content on other media, as well as using your content for marketing purposes. You also waive all privacy, publicity, or similar rights applicable to these uses to the extent permitted by applicable law. You declare and warrant that you have all necessary rights, power, and authority to grant us the right to use any content you submit to us. You further agree that you will not receive any compensation for these uses of your content.
6- Using Wee Learn at Your Own Risk
Anyone can use Wee Learn to create and publish content, and instructors and we ourselves allow instructors and participants to interact as part of their teaching and learning. As with other platforms where users can post content and interact, issues can arise, and you use Wee Learn at your own risk. When you communicate directly with a participant or instructor, you should be cautious about the personal information you share. While we limit the types of information instructors can ask participants for, we do not control what participants and instructors do with the information they obtain from other users on the platform. For your safety, you should not share your email address or any other personal information about yourself. We do not hire or employ instructors and are not responsible for any interaction between instructors and participants. We are also not responsible for any disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damages that may result from or relate to the conduct of instructors or participants. As part of using our Services, you may encounter links to other websites that are not owned or controlled by us. We are not responsible for the content or any other aspect of these third-party sites, including their data collection practices regarding you. You should also review their terms and privacy policies.
7- Wee Learn's Rights

You cannot alter or use these elements without our permission. All rights, titles, and interests in relation to the Wee Learn platform and Services, including our website, current or future applications, APIs, databases, and content submitted or provided by our employees or partners through our Services (excluding content provided by instructors and participants), are and will remain the exclusive property of Wee Learn and its licensors. Nothing grants you the right to use the name Wee Learn or any trademark, logo, domain name, or other distinctive brand feature of Wee Learn. Any comments, remarks, or suggestions you may make regarding Wee Learn or the Services are entirely voluntary, and we will be free to use such comments, remarks, or suggestions as we see fit, without any obligation to you. You may not do the following when accessing or using the Wee Learn platform and Services:
-
Disable, disrupt, or attempt to circumvent any platform feature related to security, or test the vulnerability of any of our systems.
-
Copy, modify, create a derivative work from, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code of our content on the Wee Learn platform and Services.
-
Access, search, or attempt to access or search our platform through any means (automated or otherwise) other than using our currently available search features via our website, mobile applications, or APIs (and only under the terms of those APIs). You may not use any robot (crawling, scraping, or otherwise) or other automated means to access the Services.
-
In any way use the Services to send altered, misleading, or false source-identifying information (e.g., sending emails that falsely appear to be from Wee Learn); or interfere with or disrupt (or attempt to interfere with or disrupt) access to any user, host, or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus or carrying out saturation, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing attacks against the platforms or services, or in any other way disrupting or creating an excessive load on the Services.
8- Subscription Conditions
8.1 Subscription Plans
When you subscribe to a Subscription Plan, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license from us to access the content included in that Subscription Plan and view it through the Services. Except for the grant of unlimited access, the terms included in the "Enrollment in Content and Unlimited Access" section above apply to subscriptions through Subscription Plans. The subscription you purchase or renew determines the scope, features, and price of your access to a Subscription Plan. You cannot transfer, assign, or share your subscription with another person
8.2 Account Management
If you cancel your subscription to a Subscription Plan, your access to it will automatically end on the last day of your billing cycle. Upon cancellation, you will not be entitled to a refund or credit for fees already paid for your subscription. It's important to note that canceling a subscription does not mean the closure of your Wee Learn account.
8.3 Billing and Payment
The subscription amount will be displayed at the time of your purchase. Payments are non-refundable, and no refunds or credits are provided for partially used periods. To subscribe to a Subscription Plan, you must provide a payment method. By subscribing to a Subscription Plan and providing your billing information at the time of purchase, you grant us and our payment service providers the right to process payment for the applicable fees using the registered payment method in your name. We reserve the right to modify our Subscription Plans or adjust the prices of our Services at our sole discretion. Any changes to pricing or modifications to your subscription will take effect after being notified to you, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.
8.4 Subscription Disclaimer
We do not guarantee the availability of specific content or a minimum quantity of content in a Subscription Plan. At any time, we reserve the right to offer or discontinue additional features to a Subscription Plan, or to modify or terminate a Subscription Plan at our sole discretion. This disclaimer supplements the one stated in the "Disclaimer" section below.
9- Recordings, Absences, Exams, and Certifications
Each participant in our courses has the right to receive a certificate if they have successfully passed the examination of the course according to the regulations.
9.1 Attendance and Absences
Participants who are absent from soft skills training sessions do not have the right to access recordings. Each absence from a soft skills training session will be considered a cancellation of the registration. The participant is encouraged to purchase a new course. If a participant is absent for more than 2 days within a training session lasting between 5 and 7 days, their participation will be canceled. The same participant will not have access to recordings.
9.2 Course Migration
ITo migrate from one course to another or to reschedule enrollment for a session, the participant is required to pay 15 Tunisian Dinars (DT) for each soft skills course and 30 DT for all other types of courses.
9.3 Exams
If a participant is absent on the day of the examination without valid justification, it will be considered that the participant did not pass the examination and has not successfully completed the course. In this case, the participant will be required to pay a fee of 30 Tunisian Dinars (DT) to retake the examination in the next session. However, exceptions will be made for absences due to major unforeseen circumstances, such as power outages or illness. If a participant does not pass the course (fails to achieve the minimum required average), the participant will be automatically rescheduled for the next session at no additional cost. In the case of absence during the reattempt, an examination fee of 30 DT will be mandatory within 60 days of the initial session. Failure to pay this fee within the specified timeframe will result in the complete cancellation of the course registration. Examinations may take the form of multiple-choice questions (MCQs), projects, or a combination of both, depending on the nature of the course and its content.
9.4 Certifications
Each participant will receive their certificate by email within 48 hours after successfully completing the course, and this service is provided free of charge. If a participant wishes to collect a physical paper certificate from our location, the fee is 10 Tunisian Dinars (DT) for one certificate. Alternatively, if the participant opts for delivery, the fee is 17 DT. For participants who wish to receive their certificate in English and choose to collect it from our location, the fee is 20 DT. If they prefer delivery, the fee is 27 DT. For the Soft Skills Pack consisting of 5 courses, certificate delivery by mail within Tunisia is available for 30 DT in French and 40 DT in English. In the event of a lost certificate, the participant is entitled to receive a copy of the certificate labeled as "Duplicate." This service is available only once. To receive a duplicate certificate by email, the fee is 20 DT, while delivery by mail incurs a fee of 37 DT for a physical paper copy.
10- Various Legal Terms
10.1 Accord contraignant
You agree that by registering and accessing our Services or using them, you are entering into a legally binding contract with Wee Learn. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not register, access, or use our Services. These Terms (including all terms of use, guidelines, and policies referred to in these Terms) constitute the entire agreement between you and us.
10.2 Disclaimer
It is possible that our platform may be unavailable, either due to scheduled maintenance or due to website-related issues. It is also possible that one of our instructors may make misleading statements in their content. Additionally, we may encounter security-related problems. These are just examples. You waive any claims against us in any of these types of cases where things do not go as planned. In more comprehensive legal terms, the Services and their content are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no representations and provide no warranties regarding the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security, absence of errors, or accuracy of the Services or their content, and expressly disclaim any warranties or conditions (express or implied), including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We (and our affiliates, suppliers, partners, and agents) do not warrant that you will achieve specific results by using the Services. Your use of the Services (including any content) is entirely at your own risk. We may decide to no longer provide certain features of the Services at any time and for any reason. In no event shall Wee Learn be liable for any damage due to such interruptions or unavailability of said features. We are not responsible for delays or failures in the performance of any of our Services due to events beyond our control, such as acts of war, hostility, or sabotage; natural disasters; failures in power, Internet, or telecommunications networks; or government restrictions.
10.3 Limitation of Liability
In more comprehensive legal terms, to the extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including loss of data, income, profits, business opportunities, bodily injury, or death), whether in contract, warranty, tort, product liability, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
10.4 Your Relationship with Wee Learn
Both parties agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, subcontracting, or legal representation relationship exists between them.
11- Updates to These Conditions
From time to time, we may update these Terms to clarify our practices or to incorporate new or different practices (such as when we add new features). Wee Learn reserves the right to revise or modify these Terms at any time and in its sole discretion. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide you with clear notice, including through notifications sent to the email address specified in your account or through an informational notice posted on our Services. Unless otherwise indicated, any modifications will be effective on the day they are published. If you continue to use our Services after the changes take effect, it means you agree to the modified Terms. The revised version of these Terms will supersede all previous versions.
